Scalloped Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan, then whisk in the flour to create a roux. Whisk in the milk and cream to create a bechamel sauce, add the sour cream, then season to taste.
  2. Layer half the potatoes and onions in a buttered baking dish, then repeat. Cover with the sauce, then bake at 375 until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Plate and serve hot.
